widely recognised across the world and has built its reputation on producing
components and nozzles of the highest quality.
The main advantages of our misting kits are their versatility, design simplicity and excellent build quality.
Our high pressure misting systems utilise a high pressure pump, operating at around 70-80 bar, and specially designed precision nozzles to produce a fine mist of water droplets varying from 4 to 20 microns in size depending on the nozzle selected. As the mist creates a cloud and collides with the airbourne dust particles, the wetted dust particles then fall to the ground in a localised area reducing the spread of the dust.

requirements. Our core activity is to design, build, supply and install the
We also stock a range of standard misting kits, which we can supply for self installation. Each kit comes complete with water pump, control panel, water filters, nozzles, fittings and tubing.
The misting system uses push-fit fittings made of brass or stainless steel making it very easy to install, maintain and reconfigure if your needs change. The pipework consists of semi rigid high pressure 3/8” nylon tubing.
Misting systems can be particularly useful in dust control where you want to control unavoidable releases of dust in to the atmosphere.
The water molecule (10 millionth of a meter in diameter) provides the optimum size droplet for attraction and suppression of PM 10 and smaller dust particles. The misting systems can effectively remove breathable and fugitive dust particles from 1 to 100 microns.
A properly designed and installed misting system can suppress and remove breathable fugitive dust particles as small as 1 micron in diameter and easily exceed the PM10 standards for dust suppression.
As well as dust suppression our misting systems can also be used for -
