DusTrol 70

Dustrol 70 is a foamable product containing wetting agents used to control dust in crushing, unloading, transfer and storage of a variety of materials including; coal, flyash, igneous rock, limestone, slag and other friable material.

CoalTrol 45

High foaming residual surfactant based product used to control dust in the unloading, transfer and storage of coal and other friable material. Exhibits binding properties that provide extended dust suppression both downstream of the application point and during storage.

CemenTrol 55

CemenTrol 55 is highly concentrated foamable dust control product. It is used to control the dust generated during the Portland Cement manufacturing process. Applications include use during conveying, transfer and stack out of clinker.

DusTrol 230

In certain circumstances where foam application is not suitable we can add DusTrol 230 – that makes a water spray system considerably more effective. The reduction in dust levels compared to plain water is highly noticeable. Examples of this application include dust suppression systems at primary crushers and at dry mortar plant load out point.

DustTrol 100

This is an organic, ecologically friendly, non-flammable, non leaching, water dilutable road dust suppression and stabilising agent. DusTrol 100 solves problems all year round caused by large scale heavy duty surface erosion. Dustrol 100 provides an inexpensive, smooth, firm driving surface and increases load bearing capacity.

Soil Bond

Soil Bond is a powerful binding concentrate, formulated to immediately and effectively provide dust control in highly dust prone areas. It is ideal for treating stockpiles and road side mounds in mines and quarries. The product's unique chemical structure provides strong and extremely long lasting dust control.
